My Patients - OASIS Due Alert tab

Path: Netsmart Homecare > My Day

This tab identifies patients that are assigned to the logged in resource and require OASIS assessment to be completed.

There are following columns on this tab:

Column	Description
Unresolved Diagnoses	The warning icon indicates that the patient has some unresolved diagnoses.
Patient	Names of a patient for whom the OASIS assessment is due.
Status	Current status code assigned to the patient in Patient>General>Admission & Status.
Type Due	Type of OASIS assessments that is due.
Date From	First date when the assessment can be completed.
Date To	The date prior to which the assessment should be completed.
State	Stage at which assessment is currently.
Business Unit	Name of Business Unit to which a patient belongs.
