My Day window - My Patients section
Path: Netsmart Homecare > My Day
The My Patients section (in the bottom left corner of the My Day window) consists of the following tabs which allow you to view information about related areas as reports from your field device:
- Care Team
- Recertification Alert
- Reservations
- OASIS Due Alert
- Imported Medications
- Therapy Services
The information in these tabs is based on reports that are currently available in Netsmart Homecare within the Patient component under the Documents menu and in the Reports component. You can open the patient record by double clicking the patient name in the My Patients section.
This section includes only those patients to whom you are assigned in Patients>Clinical>Care Team.
