Pay Rates Calculator Settings Window

Path: Resource>General>Pay Rates Calculator Settings

Use the Pay Rates Calculator Settings window to define the pay cycles and overtime calculations for the specific resources. You can also define department for the resource in case your payroll payment software requires the resource department for import.

Note: Refer to the Department section in the description of the Roles window (Resource>General>Roles) to learn more about department setup.

Assigning Pay Cycles to the Specific Resources

1.	Open the Resource component.

2.	Go to General>Pay Rates Calculator Settings.

3.	Add a row.

4.	Enter the values in the fields as appropriate.

5.	Save your changes.

Assigning Overtime Calculations for Specific Resources

1.	Open the Resource component.

2.	Go to General>Pay Rates Calculator Settings.

3.	Click the Overtime Calculation tab.

4.	Add a row.

5.	Enter the values in the fields as appropriate.

6.	Save your changes.
