HL7 Revision History window

Path: Patient>Clinical>Revision History

With the Revision History window, you can view the dates when the readings for some clinical data were created.

For example, you can monitor when the temperature of the patient was measured.

• When the standard clinical monitoring data ORU R01 message is completed (a new reading is created in the database), the system creates a separate history event in this window.
• If the ORU R01 message is a note update message, the history event is not created.

Using the pane at the right side of the window, you can filter the events by admission, date range, and number of readings.
