Enter patient care team
Path: Patient>Clinical>Care Team
- From the Patient component, select a patient.
- Navigate to Clinical > Care Team.
- Select the ID field next to the appropriate Care Team Type and select one of the following options.

In the resource dialog box, search for the appropriate resource and click OK. |

In the Match Resource dialog box, select the desired qualifications and click Match. From the results, select the appropriate resource. |

In the Add New Resource dialog box, enter the information for the new resource and click OK. |
The information for the selected resource automatically populates in the other Care Team columns.
Repeat the steps above for each Care Team Type that requires an assigned resource and save your changes.
