Demographics window

Path: Patient > General > Demographics

Using the Demographics window, you can track agency-defined information such as county of residence, ethnicity, fall risk status, and living status. The application uses these demographics for statistical and reporting purposes. You do not need to complete this window for a referral but upon admission all demographic selections must be completed.

To access the Demographics window, you must be granted an appropriate privilege (Full Access, Read, or Modify). You cannot delete the demographics with only one value assigned (the Delete Row button becomes inactive for such entries).
