Create diagnoses group for patient (Host mode)

Path: Patient > General > Diagnoses

You can manage diagnoses groups only in host mode.

1. In the Patient component, select a patient.
2. Go to General > Diagnoses.
3. Click Create/Edit Patient Diagnoses Group Dates.
4. In the Patient Diagnoses Group Dates Dialog, add a row.
5. Enter the group start date in the From column.
   1. Note: You may enter the end date for the previous group if you need to end it.
6. Click OK. The group is validated, and you may need to specify the sequence for diagnoses within the group.
7. Save your changes.

The diagnosis group is now available in the Patient Diagnoses Group Date drop-down list.
