Create a Meet Now Case Conference
Netsmart Homecare > Case Conference > General > Case Conference
- Select Meet Now
- If there are multiple roles for the resource creating the conference, select the role used for the conference
- Enter Conference name
- Adjust the Start and End Times (optional)
- In the Participants section, select Add row
- Use the Select Resource dialog to select participant(s)
- Select OK
- Indicate the Participants that will be a Scribe
- In the Patients section, select Add row
- Use the Select Patient dialog to select patient(s)
- Select OK
- In the Case Conference Documentation, check to select documentation for the meeting
- Select OK
- Continue to Run/Participate in a Conference as usual
