Create a Meet Now Case Conference

Netsmart Homecare > Case Conference > General > Case Conference

  1. Select Meet Now
  2. If there are multiple roles for the resource creating the conference, select the role used for the conference
  3. Enter Conference name
  4. Adjust the Start and End Times (optional)
  5. In the Participants section, select Add row
  6. Use the Select Resource dialog to select participant(s)
    1. Select OK
  7. Indicate the Participants that will be a Scribe
  8. In the Patients section, select Add row
  9. Use the Select Patient dialog to select patient(s)
    1. Select OK
  10. In the Case Conference Documentation, check to select documentation for the meeting
  11. Select OK
  12. Continue to Run/Participate in a Conference as usual
