Resource Pay Rates
Resource Pay Rates Window
Path: Pay Rates Calculator>Settings>Pay Rates
With the Resource Pay Rates window, you can define pay rates by resource types in the Netsmart Homecare application if your agency uses the Private Duty functionality.
The Resource Pay Rates window contains three grids. The first grid contains a list of pay rate codes and their descriptions. The second grid contains a list of pay rates defined for each pay rate code. The last grid contains the amount and basis for every shift defined. The Amount columns are encrypted.
Multiple shifts can be entered per rate with the same effective date. When you make a change to an existing rate, a warning message appears explaining the results of the change and the action items needed.
Note: To view or edit the amount fields, you should have the Can View Pay Rates or Can Edit Pay Rates operator privilege.
