Holiday Names Window

Path: Pay Rates Calculator>Settings>Holiday Names

With the Holiday Names window, you can define holiday names to be pulled into the holiday schedule. The settings defined in this window apply to all Business Units in the database.

Entering Holiday Names

1.	Open the Pay Rates Calculator component.

2.	From the menu bar, select Settings>Holiday Names.

3.	The Holiday Names window appears. Enter the values in the grid as appropriate.

Note: Help is available for each field within this window by pressing F1 while in the field.

4.	Save your changes.

Editing Holiday Names

1.	Open the Pay Rates Calculator component.

2.	From the menu bar, select Settings>Holiday Names.

3.	The Holiday Names window appears. Complete the values in the grid as appropriate.

A warning message appears confirming that a change was made to the holiday name.

Note: Help is available for each field within this window by pressing F1 while in the field.

4.	Save your changes.
