Define Immediate Cycle

Path: Claims > Process > Define Immediate Cycle

  1. Go to Claims > Process > Define Immediate Cycle.
  2. From the top pane of the Define Immediate Cycle window, select the claims for which you want to create a separate cycle (double-click the claims or use the corresponding buttons).
    1. For each claim, you can view the status, type, from and thru dates, gross, net, actual amounts, and DCN.
    2. Important: You must process the claims you add in this cycle. Be careful when adding claims to the immediate cycle, and review them before clicking Define Cycle.
    3. Be aware that you cannot add claims to the existing immediate cycles.
    4. You can define as many immediate cycles as you want.
  3. Click Define Cycle.
    1. The Cycle Name dialog asks for a new cycle name.
  4. Enter a unique name for a new cycle, and then click OK.
    1. Once an immediate cycle is defined, it is available for processing in the Process a Cycle window.
