Workflow dialogs

There are Organize Workflow dialogs and Save Workflow dialogs.

Organize Workflows Dialog

  • Administration>Workflow>Organize Workflows
  • Patient>Workflow>Organize Workflows
  • Resource>Workflow>Organize Workflows
  • Alerts and Tasks>Workflow>Organize Workflows

With the Organize Workflows dialog, you can:

  • create new workflows
  • customize or delete the existing workflows for the component where you are currently working
  • define the needed availability settings for the workflows

This dialog displays the available workflows, their descriptions, and the list of windows included in each workflow.

 

Save Workflows Dialog

  • Administration>Workflow>Save Workflow
  • Patient>Workflow>Save Workflow
  • Resource>Workflow>Save Workflow
  • Alerts and Tasks>Workflow>Save Workflow

With the Save Workflow dialog, you can:

  • create a new workflow edit an existing workflow and save it under a different name
  • define the needed availability settings for the workflows
